We sponsored the Magpies through a player who was a student that had completed two courses with TIV. She put a proposal to TIV which our owner approved and became the major sponsor. We believe that [sponsoring Laverton] it is a great fit for the company as we specialise in trades and it benefits the local community to give back. Not only that it gives members, players, parents and others the opportunity to be aware of what we do. By working with the club to gain access to individuals to get involved with our organisation to better prepare themselves through training for a career that will build on what they currently have or even give someone an opportunity for a career in the building and construction industry.
